With an active caseload in excess of 30 individuals. Employment Services provides assistance in job development, hands on training in a community vocational setting and placement as well as travel and socialization skills. This service is provided, not only to agency individuals, but also under a contract with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, to external clients referred by the Division. They may or may not have developmental disabilities. The purpose of the program is to enable those candidates to enter/re-enter the workforce and the staff of Employment Services assists them in the job search, training, job coaching and follow along.
